ASTAC was incorporated in 1985 and has since then grown to a first-class service provider and supplier of world-standard infrastructure and equipment.

ASTAC employs more than 120 engineers and specialists at its five locations in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano and Igbokoda. ASTAC's staff comprises of academic and non-academic staff, Nigerians and expatriates. The engineers and specialists are well trained (locally as well as overseas) and very experienced, up to 20 years in their areas of activity. If contracts require it, ASTAC can handle a workforce of more than 400 people.
